Scope & fee modeling for agencies
Your rate card, your task library, your business units. Pick the work, set the quantities, and the number builds itself — with every hour and rate traceable back to the row it came from.
Workbooks are parsed in your browser. Only your published rate card is stored — isolated per workspace.
Illustrative numbers. Real rate cards are visible only to the people you authorize — every workspace has its own sign-in, invitation only, isolated from every other customer. Nothing here is ever public.
Why this exists
Every estimate starts by hunting for the last one that looked similar, then editing it until the total feels right.
When procurement asks how you arrived at the fee, the honest answer is usually that someone experienced made a judgment call in a spreadsheet.
Not because the work differs, but because the method does. That gap is margin, and it shows up in every renewal.
How it works
One .xlsx with a tab per project type, your hourly rates, and your business units. ScopeFee reads it in the browser and tells you exactly what it found — including the tasks with no rate row and the units that don't match between tabs.
Projects, then folders, then channels, then tasks. Add custom lines where the library doesn't cover it. Set the quantities that scale the hours — markets, assets, rounds, whatever your workbook drives on.
Blended or by-role rates, per-line overrides, and an adjustment percentage when you need one. Export the whole build to CSV with every line intact.
Once a fee is approved, split each business unit’s dollars across the people who’ll do the work. The fee stays fixed; hours follow from seniority — and you see staffed hours against the estimate before anyone commits a calendar.

Agency workspace
Billed monthly, cancel any time. One avoided under-scope pays for the year. We ask for a card up front because a fee estimator delivers its whole value on the first use — a free trial would just be a free estimate.
Email a couple of lines about your agency and we’ll take it from there.
If nothing opens, your browser has no mail app set up — copy the address instead.
Enter your workspace name — it’s the first part of the address your team uses.
Don’t know your workspace name? Ask whoever set up ScopeFee at your agency — or get in touch.
